There is great value in speaking the truth … which is why the simple act of doing it is always so hotly contested.

I am sure that you have noticed that … and likely have a story or two to illustrate this point. It seems that finding the right words is never easy, picking the right moment is problematic, and choosing the right communication pathway is nearly impossible.

For all of these reasons … taking on the task of being a truth-speaker is something that is increasingly being left behind … which is utterly tragic.

When we fail to speak the truth we suffer loss … in our relationships, in our leadership, and in our potential. Add to that all that we fail to give to others and it becomes quite obvious that this is something that we can not walk away from … there is simply too much at stake here!
