The Need For Change Is A Constant Demand … So Be Prepared To Exchange The Familiar

The conflict that change creates is a well-informed reality. Books dedicated to change continue to circulate, and we never seem to move beyond this struggle.

Change is something that brings us a certain sense of pause, as we ponder the potential possibilities or problems that might be coming our way. Our emotions are attentive, our expectations are awakened, and everything inside of us is alerted.

Simply stated, what we need to know is this …

The Need For Change Is A Constant Demand … So Be Prepared To Exchange The Familiar

This is the resounding word that we need to hear and take to heart.

Moments of change are inevitable and impossible to push aside. We know that we are not in charge of the process, so as a result, we feel quite vulnerable, and our confidence may weaken.

All of this can leave us feeling overwhelmed and that can lead us to overlook the very things that could help us the most.

So, when we are confronted with change, we need to remind ourselves that God has a plan for us … a plan that is designed to give us hope and a future.

As we learn to trust in God and allow the change to grow us, we will increasingly become more and more like Jesus. We are promised that all things will work together for our good. (this may be a great time to read Romans 8).

God is walking with us on this journey. He has promised to give us peace and encouragement as we face the changes and challenges of life.

This is absolutely and eternally true, and in it all, God is with us!

Knowing this gives us peace and provides us with the potential to position ourselves in such a way that we can respond positively to change.

We know that all those who trust in the Lord will find pleasure in Him. (this may be the perfect time to read Psalm 25).

I am in … and you!
