What an amazing moment we have in front of us just now. There is no doubt that Easter changes everything for us!
All the potential that God intended to make available to His sons and daughters is now ours. The power behind everything that we believe and teach is wrapped up in the fact that Jesus died and rose from the grave.
I would encourage you to take the time to discover or to deepen your understanding of all that Christ has accomplished and achieved for us. This can happen by reading selected scriptures or by setting aside time for moments of prayerful meditation.
I have found this video series entitled, “Walk The Last Week With Jesus” (https://www.centralassembly.org/wtlwj) to be very engaging and informative.
Pastor Jim Bradford, who is the lead pastor of Central Assembly of God, Springfield, Missouri, sits down with Dr. Wave Nunnally, world-renowned professor of Early Judaism and Christian Origins. Together, they take a look at the daily events leading up to Christ’s death and resurrection.
This series will enliven your faith and expand your understanding as you begin to experience the realities of the events that transpired during Christ’s last week.
The Message Of Easter Is One Of Promise, Possibility And Powerful Transformation
This statement from an article entitled, “10 Promises For Easter”, captured my attention, “Without Easter, the Bible would be useless. Without a resurrection, Jesus would have been another good intentioned individual cut down in His prime.
But as we know … Easter did happen … and that changes everything!
The message of Easter now becomes a liberating reality that …
▪ lights up our future
▪ lifts our spirits
▪ leads us to total freedom
▪ lingers on our lips
▪ leaves us forever changed
What Christ accomplished opened up the way for us to experience new life, to encounter new possibilities, and to enjoy a new level of faith and freedom!
We are changed completely and empowered to become in Him what we could never be on our own!
The Message Of Easter Is One Of Promise, Possibility And Powerful Transformation
All of this is now ours because He gave His all for us!
Now is our opportunity to celebrate the reality that we are complete in Him.
Christ adored, Christ alone … Christ always!
