Keeping life centered, priorities balanced and emotions under control is a herculean task that tests our inner strength and at times leaves us feeling hopeless.
It is especially exhausting when we face pushback in too many of our most intimate relationships or feel pushed around by those who wield control over us that we find ourselves being pushed down by the stresses and messes of life.
The result is that we lack any sense of fulfillment and we battle a profound sense of frustration.
It is quite clear that there is an ever-increasing level of uncertainty in our world and this gives rise to insecurity. Inevitably, we risk having a “battle royale” on our hands with everything beginning to spin out of control.
We are quickly thrust into the throes of despair and we need something or someone to deliver us out our woes … and we need that deliverance to come our way ASAP (as soon as possible).
Here is the bottom line …
Frustration Must Never Drive Or Dominate … When That Happens, We Will Falter And Fail
All of us are capable of dealing with some level of frustration … but none of us can deliver ourselves out of the dominating grip of frustration.
Once our hearts have been overwhelmed, our spirits will be troubled and our souls will have no peace or rest. There is no doubt that we are at great spiritual risk and on the verge of suffering a real spiritual loss.
Frustration Must Never Drive Or Dominate … When That Happens, We Will Falter And Fail
It is in these times that we must know that our God has declared Himself to be a Deliverer to His sons and daughters (Psalm 91) and that He has come to destroy the works of the evil one (I John 3).
▪ I love these words from Isaiah 26:3,4 …
▪ “You God, will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in You. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord Himself is the Rock eternal.”
This is His promise to us … and it’s in Him and through Him that we can overcome frustration and find His prevailing peace … a peace that has the potential to provide all that we will ever need.
We are complete in Him!
When we set our minds to be on Him and put our trust in Him … nothing can stand against us.
It is in the coming to Christ that we find the fullness of His favor. There really is no other solution outside of Him.
These are things that empower us to overcome!
Here is the bottom line …
Frustration Must Never Drive Or Dominate … When That Happens, We Will Falter And Fail
I have decided to follow Jesus … through every frustrating encounter!
It truly is Christ alone and Christ always!
